Platinum award for our 2001 Merlot

Wine Press Northwest gave our 2001 Merlot a "Platinum" award during their recent 2004 Platinum Judging. Their review said "This was the top Merlot in the Platinum thanks to aromas of baker’s chocolate and smokey cherries and flavors of blackberries and rich coffee with a hint of white pepper on the finish. Well-managed tannins give this approachability now."

2000 Tradition receives high mark

Gordon Brothers' 2000 Tradition received a 90 score in a recent edition of the Wine Spectator magazine. The review stated the following: “Ripe and generous, brimming with blackberry, currant and plum flavor, nicely shaded with white pepper and toast, framed with mildly gritty tannins. Needs time to settle in, but then it should be a beauty.”
