Composition: 75% Syrah, 15% Alicante Bouschet, 10% Tempranillo
Aging: 50% French Oak, 30% American Oak, 20% Hungarian Oak for 30 months.
Fermentation: Fruit picked in the morning Crushed and sent it directly into open top stainless fermenters. Cap was punched down two times per day unto dry. After pressing wine was transfer to barrels to complete primary and Malolactic fermentation.
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of deep, dark berries and chocolate covered cherries. Flavors of currant & dried stone fruit. Pair with your favorite decadent chocolate dessert while sitting around a campfire.
