Hand-picked Syrah grapes were sent direct to press. Fermented in 100% Stainless Steel, barrel aged for 4 months in Neutral French Oak.
Winemaker Notes: Direct pressing of hand-picked fruit yielded delicate color. Brief barrel aging allowed for micro-oxygenation letting the wine breath and reach it’s potential.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of honeydew melons. Flavors of passionfruit and white pepper with a lush full body. River rock minerality on the finish with notes of caramel.
